Garment Processing

Garment processing is a proccess which starts from a yarn and ends in a final product of a garment. There are mainly 14 steps including getting yarn and weaving it to form a grey cloth which is further dyed plain or print dying. After getting the desired dye the design is finalized and sent to the warehouse from where it is sent for cutting after which designed printing is done. Once the printing is done the cloth is sewed and the buttons are nailed and from there sent for the cut line. After that ironing is done and the finished piece is packed and the finished product is sent to the market for sale.
